Made to Order:

St.Marc does not hold any stock, everything is made upon request. All orders must be pre paid. All sales are final. In the case of a defective item, they will be repaired or replaced. Orders take on average 3-4 months to complete subject to volume of orders.

Natural Materials:

Natural leathers are not perfect or uniform. They age in a way that reflects how the footwear is worn and cared for. Instruction on how to care for the footwear will be provided upon request. The individual is responsible to care for the footwear properly in order to ensure their longevity.

Fit:

Clients who submit their own measurements are responsible for the accuracy of those measurements. Instruction will be provided upon request. If further instruction is needed, an appointment will be scheduled upon request.
